Kubota is a Japanese restaurant in Sotokanda, Chiyoda City, Tokyo, serving eel over rice. It is a 15- to 20-minute walk from Akihabara Station. The tokujo unaju brings out the eel's natural flavor, and the meat dissolves in the mouth; shirayaki can also be ordered. At lunch there have been times of entering without waiting, but at 7 p.m. the wait was about 10 minutes, and the eel over rice is on the pricier side.
