Chan's Tofu Fa

Chan's Tofu Fa is a neighbourhood snack shop in Ho Man Tin, Hong Kong, selling soy products such as tofu fa and soy milk along with siu mai and cheung fun. The yellow soybean tofu fa is smooth, the black soybean tofu fa has a deeper flavour, and the soy milk comes in yellow or black soybean versions with or without sugar. Cheung fun is made to order, with the rice rolls packed in a small plastic bag for takeout, and siu mai and rice cakes can be ordered as well. Payment is cash only.
