Stay Bar

Stay Bar is a cocktail bar on a boat next to the clock tower at the Star Ferry Pier in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. It serves gin-based cocktails mixed with chrysanthemum tea, jasmine tea, yuzu, or perilla leaf, including drinks named Stay Calm and Stay Sexy. The boat circles Victoria Harbour for one hour and has indoor seating, outdoor seating at the bow and stern, and live band performances. The outdoor seats have no cover, so the wind can blow strongly.
