Shinko

Shinko is a Japanese-style izakaya on Hak Po Street in Mong Kok, Hong Kong. It serves charcoal-grilled dishes and meals together, including salt-grilled beef tongue core, sea grape and ice vegetable salad, and Geumtaek oyster cauldron rice. The interior uses wood decor and warm, dim lighting, and quiet Japanese music plays in the evening. There are counter seats and square tables.
