Lounge Hakuba

Lounge Hakuba is a bar in Tower 535 on Jaffe Road in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, serving Japanese fusion dishes and cocktails. Its Japanese seafood risotto contains shrimp, clams and flounder, with scorched rice forming at the bottom of the dish, and it also serves XO sauce shrimp oil edamame and an Okinawa purple sweet potato and green apple salad. The venue is a five-minute walk from Causeway Bay Station and has outdoor seating and dog-friendly seating. At lunch, guests can order the Build Your Own Bento by choosing the side dishes they want, and the indoor lighting is dim.
