Heya Hong Kong

Heya Hong Kong is a small sake bar on the fourth floor of a commercial building in Causeway Bay. It stocks sake and whisky from across Japan, asks about your preferences, recommends matching drinks, and also holds blind tastings. At the 15-seat bar, you can hear about sake brewing and production regions and pair the drinks with anju or shuto. There is no street sign, so you have to check the building address and take the elevator up to the fourth floor.
