Harlan's

Harlan's is an outdoor bar on the 19th floor of The ONE in Tsim Sha Tsui, serving cocktails, beer and simple snacks. The terrace, with views of Victoria Harbour at night, is the focus of a visit. Ordering the three-course dinner tasting menu brings a seafood bar with cold shrimp, snow crab, conch and mussels. Around 8 p.m., the Symphony of Light can be seen through the full-length glass.
