Frank's Library

Frank's Library is a small speakeasy bar inside Foxglove in Central that serves cocktails. The cocktail list is short and selective, and the drinks are known to taste good. After entering Foxglove, tell the reception that you are going to Frank's Library to be guided in, and the seating is only about twenty seats with last orders around 11 p.m. When it is busy, you have to wait at Foxglove until a seat opens up.
