Bar Buonasera

Bar Buonasera is a Japanese-style cocktail bar in Tsim Sha Tsui, working with a wide range of whiskies and spirits from around the world. Tell the bartender your preferred base spirit and how sweet, sour, or fruity you want it, and they build a custom cocktail; espresso martinis and old fashioneds are also served. Seating is limited, so reservations are needed, and the room fills up around 10 p.m. Prices are high, and a cover charge applies on weekends.
