ARGO is a bar in the lobby of the Four Seasons Hotel in Central, Hong Kong, serving cocktails that draw on Hong Kong flavors. The Exploration menu builds each drink around a single ingredient, such as pineapple, and includes a cocktail topped with egg tart foam. A large circular spirits tower stands at the center, and Victoria Harbour is visible past the mirrored wall, with the interior lighting mixing in by evening. A welcome drink of sparkling wine and house-made gummy bears is served, and selected cocktails can be ordered without alcohol.
