Alto

Alto is a rooftop bar on the 31st floor in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, looking out over Victoria Harbour. It serves a mix of rooftop drinks and multinational dishes including porcini pasta, grilled sea bass, and octopus, closer to fusion than classic Western cooking. Stepping out of the elevator brings you to a counter, and the rooftop opens at 4 p.m. A display screen behind the bar provides lighting for photos, and the outdoor tables are set up as a smoking area.
