Udon Ikkyu

Itkyu is an udon and fried food shop near Tanuki Koji in Sapporo. The udon comes with grated yam and a soft-boiled egg, and toppings include karaage and fish cake tempura, with a choice of cold or hot udon. Orders are placed at a kiosk at the entrance, and food arrives in about five minutes. Seating is divided into one-person, two-person, and four-person seats, and during the lunch hour customers fill up quickly, with some days closing early when ingredients run out.
