Tsukemen Ichi

Tsukemen Ich is a standing ramen shop on the second floor of an alley in Sapporo. Its signature dish is kombu-sui tsukemen, noodles served in kelp broth and dipped in a clear chicken broth. The shop is open from evening until early morning, and a wait can form. Both the counter and the tables have no chairs, so customers eat standing.
