Sushi Koise

Sushi Koisse is an omakase restaurant serving sushi near the center of Susukino in Sapporo. The dinner course includes Hokkaido ingredients and ankimo, and comes to around 20 pieces. The chef explains the name of each fish and ingredient one piece at a time in Korean, and reservations are made through Instagram DM. The seasoning of the sushi and shoyu is on the salty side.
