Pizzeria Astra is a wood-fired pizzeria in Noboribetsu that bakes pizza with local ingredients. It serves wasabi pizza topped with salmon and fresh wasabi, along with pepperoni, margherita, and gorgonzola, and Noboribetsu beer is available on the side. The thin, chewy dough is made in-house, and the pizzas come out quickly from the wood-fired oven. When the wasabi pizza is ordered, staff grate fresh wasabi on the spot, and chicken and lemon pizzas can be ordered as well.
