Oiso

Oiso is a specialty restaurant inside Nijo Market in Sapporo that serves seafood rice bowls and grilled fish. The kaisendon comes topped with uni, crab, and salmon, and a grilled fish set meal is also sold. Waits have run about 10 minutes at 11 a.m. and around an hour earlier in the day, with a numbered ticket at the entrance managing the order. The snow crab and hairy crab in the kaisendon fall short on freshness.
