Oguma Shoten

Oguma Shoten is a small restaurant inside Nijo Market in Sapporo that serves seafood rice bowls topped with crab meat, uni, and salmon roe. Its signature dish, sanshokudon, combines the texture of crab meat, the creaminess of uni, and the saltiness of ikura. Warm tea and a fish-based soup are served with the meal, and food arrives in about 10 minutes. The space is small, so waits get long when groups arrive.
