Maruyama Pancake

Maruyama Pancake is a cafe in Sapporo that serves souffle pancakes, located in the Maruyama area a short distance from the city center. Its signature items include the white pancake and the burnt caramel pancake, both soft inside and served with cream, ice cream, and maple syrup. Cooking takes 20 to 30 minutes after ordering, and each pancake order comes with one drink. The cafe does not accept card payment and takes cash only.
