Kuitei

Kuiteit is a yakiniku restaurant in Sapporo with counter seating where diners grill lamb jingisukan. The lamb shoulder jingisukan has almost no distinct odor, and diners also order plum wine and butter potatoes. All seats are at the counter, and diners grill the meat themselves. Reservations are taken only by phone, and because there are few seats, walk-ins may be turned away.
