Japanese Ramen Noodle Lab Q

Japanese Ramen Noodle Lab Q is a ramen shop in the basement of a building near Odori Station in Sapporo. It serves clear and cloudy ramen, using anchovy in its base broth, along with shoyu wonton ramen, shio ramen, and several kinds of chashu. Numbered tickets are handed out before the 11 a.m. opening, and customers enter in ticket order and order ramen from a basement vending machine. The soup is saltier than Korean palates prefer.
