Hinachan

Hinachan Okonomiyaki is a teppan restaurant in Sapporo that serves Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki. The soba noodles are grilled crisp and the udon noodles chewy, and Sapporo Classic beer and horumon yaki can be ordered as well. Waiting is registered on a tablet at the front of the shop, and around 6 p.m. the wait is often 10 to 30 minutes. Seating is a single row of counter seats for about 10 to 15 people, so the space is small.
