Uni Murakami Sapporo is a seafood restaurant in the basement of the Nippon Life Sapporo Building in Chuo Ward, Sapporo. It serves rice bowls centered on Hokkaido sea urchin, including a uni bowl with sea urchin covering the rice, a uni and salmon roe bowl, and a three-color bowl. The sea urchin is eaten with rice mixed with wasabi and soy sauce, and the regular size is a better choice than the small. Prices are high.
