Gojogen

Ramen Gojogen Honten is a local ramen shop near Susukino in Sapporo that serves tonyu, miso, shoyu, and spicy miso ramen along with chashu onigiri. The pork-based broth comes with a choice of salt, soy sauce, miso, or spicy seasoning, and the chashu onigiri is served alongside. Seating is limited to about ten counter seats, and the ramen is served in warmed ceramic bowls so it stays hot to the last bite. The ordering machine and menu are in Japanese only, so a translation app is needed.
