Gindako

Gindako is a takoyaki shop in Susukino, Sapporo. It serves takoyaki, pa-muneoppang, mentaiko cheese, and yuzu sauce items, with the takoyaki cooked by rolling it as if frying so the outside is crisp and the inside moist. Customers order on the first floor, then carry their takoyaki up a steep, narrow staircase to eat on the second floor. There is no Korean menu and cards are not accepted, so cash is needed.
