Demekin Nijo Ichiba is a restaurant in Sapporo's Nijo Market that serves seafood rice bowls and grilled fish set meals. The kaisendon comes topped with shrimp, tuna, salmon, uni, salmon roe, and rolled omelette, and the menu also includes a sablefish set meal and eel rice bowl. One visitor entered at 7 a.m. and finished the meal in 10 minutes, and the regular portion of rice was filling. In the morning, grilled fish set meals can be chosen instead of raw fish.
