Sapporo Station

Sapporo Station sits in central Sapporo and is shared by JR Hokkaido and the Sapporo subway, making it the hub of Hokkaido transport. The JR Rapid Airport train connects it to New Chitose Airport, and trains also run to Otaru, Asahikawa, and Hakodate. Both sides of the station connect to the Daimaru department store and JR Tower, and reserved-seat tickets for Hakodate can be printed at QR ticket machines. The station is crowded with passengers passing through.
