Shiroka

Shiroka is a baked-goods and ice cream cafe on the walk to Kiyomizudera, between Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka. It serves apple pie, financiers, madeleines and sables, along with matcha and hojicha lattes and matcha bingsu, for eat-in or takeout. The shop seats about 20 people and has air conditioning and a clean restroom, and from the seats at the back you can watch the dough being made. To eat in, each person, including small children, must order one menu item.
