Itto Qemon Kiyomizu Sannenzaka is a matcha cafe in Kyoto's Higashiyama Ward, in Kiyomizu 3 Chome. It is a place to stop at after walking through Kiyomizu-dera and the Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka slopes. The cafe serves matcha tiramisu, lattes and shakes. It has a courtyard and plenty of seating, so you can rest without waiting, though the parfait is mostly konjac and jelly, which makes its texture a drawback.
