Gion Tokuya

Kion Tokuya is a cafe on Hanamikoji Street in Kyoto that serves traditional Japanese desserts. Warabimochi is served over ice, and zenzai, grilled mochi, and matcha bingsu are also available. On arrival, you take a numbered ticket from the machine at the entrance and wait to be called. When the shop is full, you wait outside, and in summer there is no awning, so it is hot.
