Gion Komori

Kion Komori is a Japanese dessert shop in a traditional house on Gion Shinbashi-dori in Kyoto. It serves warabi mochi, matcha warabi mochi, matcha parfait, and green tea shaved ice, and some seats look out over a stream. Guests take off their shoes at the entrance and sit at low tables in a tatami room, ordering from a photo menu, and tea is refilled for free. Dessert prices are on the high side.
