Cha to Kakao

Cha to Kakao is a green tea dessert and drink cafe in a side alley off the road up to Kiyomizu-dera in Kyoto. It serves matcha bingsu, warabi mochi, and matcha parfait. Orders are placed at a kiosk that supports Korean, English, and Chinese, and seating extends to the second floor. The entrance is tucked in a narrow alley between shops, making it easy to walk past.
