Takohachi

Takohachi is a teppan restaurant in the shopping street in front of Tsuruhashi Station in Osaka that serves okonomiyaki, yakisoba, and chijimi. The okonomiyaki has a crisp outside and a soft inside, with spicy sauce, mustard, and the sweetness of cabbage. The okonomiyaki and yakisoba are brought to the table after cooking and keep cooking on the teppan. There are not many tables, and the seating is not comfortable.
