Hamdam is a Korean restaurant in Osaka that serves naengmyeon, cheese mujeon, shrimp mujeon, arong jjim, and jjukkumi bokkeum. The naengmyeon broth and the meat-based soup are made in-house, and mu is the main ingredient in the cheese mujeon. On a return visit, ordering was possible by smartphone and the menu had grown. The chilled naengmyeon sometimes sells out.
