Awabi-mura Tsuruhashi

Awabi Mura Tsuruhashi is an abalone restaurant in the Tsuruhashi shopping street, close to Tsuruhashi Station. Its signature dish is a green abalone porridge boiled with the abalone's liver, and the porridge set comes with a choice of butter-grilled abalone or royal braised abalone. The restaurant keeps Korean ezo abalone in a water tank, and the dancing abalone grill is cooked in front of you and cut into pieces to eat. The abalone portion in the lunch set is not generous.
