Kaichokusha is a restaurant inside the Sapporo Beer Garden in Sapporo that serves Jingisukan with several cuts of lamb. With a reservation, lamb, beef and chicken are available as all-you-can-eat, along with a range of beers. The lamb is tender and free of gamey smell, and vegetables are grilled on the same griddle. Oil smoke fills the air and the smell settles into clothing.
