Singeosan Saeng Makchang

Singeosan Saeng Makchang is a makchang restaurant in Uncheon-dong, Cheongju. It serves pork makchang and pork jowl, and the makchang is pre-grilled and eaten with onion and garlic. Calling ahead lets you ask for the makchang to be grilled, and noodles such as somyeon or yeolmu guksu can be ordered as a meal. There is no dedicated parking, so cars must be parked in nearby alleys.
