Shiokatsu

Shiokatsu is on the first floor of Jiwel Estate in Bokdae-dong, Cheongju. It serves hirekatsu made with moist tenderloin, along with roskatsu and curry. Dishes are cooked to order, so food takes about 15 minutes to arrive. The donkatsu is seasoned strongly, so those who prefer less salt are better off eating it without sauce.
