Sammiwon

Sammiwon is a beef restaurant in Bongmyeong-dong, Cheongju. It serves anchangsal as its signature cut, along with galbisal and salchisal, plus yukgaejang and haejang kalguksu. The meat is grilled with coarse salt sprinkled on top, and soy sauce and fresh wasabi are served on the side. The dining space is small and cluttered.
