Nakwon Chuksanmul

Nakwon Chuksanmul is a butcher-shop restaurant near Yesul-ui Dang in Bongmyeong-dong, Cheongju. It serves kimchi jjageuli and saeng samgyeopsal, and the jjageuli is made by simmering seasoned meat with aged kimchi. There is no parking lot, so cars must be parked in the residential alleys or on the street. The jjageuli is on the salty side and the inside of the restaurant can feel crowded.
