Kkulsamgyeob

Kkulsamgyeop is a meat restaurant in Cheongju that serves thick samgyeopsal (pork belly) together with seafood stew. The samgyeopsal and seafood stew set comes with a fried egg topped with cheese, and naengmyeon (cold noodles) and bokkeumbap can also be ordered. Staff grill the first order of samgyeopsal at the table, and the wait can run 10 to 20 minutes. Portions of the samgyeopsal and seafood stew are on the small side.
