Ansem

Ansem is a bakery cafe in a quiet neighborhood of Cheongju that sells bread baked on site each day, along with coffee and tea. Its display centers on baguettes, with jambongbweoreu, angbeoteo, chokopatbeoteo, sogeumbbang, and cacao. The spacious shop has only a few tables, and staff cut the baguette when you order and advise freezing it if you are not eating it right away. The baguettes are very hard.
