Ban Jiha is a pork restaurant in Gangseo-dong, Cheongju. Pork collar and pork jowl are the cuts ordered most, and staff take the pre-grilled meat away to cut it with a knife before bringing it back. Waiting through the Tableling app can still take two and a half hours to get in. Parking is very inconvenient.
