WITH HARAJUKU is a shopping complex in front of Harajuku Station in Tokyo, combining fashion, accessories, and food under one roof. It houses Uniqlo, H&M, an urban-format IKEA, Starbucks, and restaurants on the basement floor. The third floor is open to the public and looks out over Harajuku Station and Meiji Jingu, with benches and terrace seating for resting. The complex draws crowds even on weekdays.
