Sanaka

Edomaezushiaoyamasanaka is a sushi restaurant on the third floor of a vegetable shop building on Omotesando street. It serves a lunch set at midday and an omakase menu in the evening, with the chef handing over two pieces of sushi at a time in front of you. Entry is by on-site reservation at a set time, and the seating is mostly bar seats with one small room for four people. The meal is limited to 30 minutes.
