Red Rock Harajuku

Red Rock Harajuku is a meat-topped rice bowl shop in Harajuku that serves steak donburi and roast beef donburi. The steak donburi is cooked so the outside is seared while the inside stays red. During busy hours you have to wait on the street, while in the evening there are times you get in without a wait. The meat is undercooked with a red center, and some cuts are tough.
