Soso Makchang Main Branch is a grilled meat restaurant in Hannam, Seoul, that cooks pa makchang, so makchang, dwitgogi, and kkeopdegi. The pa makchang has green onion inside pork makchang and comes par-cooked, so it grills quickly. Orders are placed by tapping a phone on the NFC sensor at the table, and the space has an indoor restroom and wide gaps between tables. On weekends the seats fill up, so a wait is expected.
