Isog-Uhwa | Korean Grill Dining

Isokuhwa is a Hanwoo omakase restaurant in Hannam, Seoul, where aged Hanwoo beef is grilled as a course meal. The sequence runs from yukhoe tartare and gamtae through 1++ Hanwoo cuts such as buchesal and chaekkeut deungsim, then a burger and ueong sotbap. Staff show the aged Hanwoo primal cuts and explain them before grilling the meat, and reservations are made through CatchTable with the option to bring alcohol. Reservation times are limited, so arriving late means the meal has to be rushed.
