Hue 135

Hyu 135 is an upscale restaurant in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, near the Seoul Hyatt and the streets of the Thai and Belgian embassies. At lunch it serves sotbap set meals, and at dinner it serves dry-aged steak, with seven kinds of sotbap including truffle mushroom, seafood, and semi-dried croaker, along with meat aged to several degrees. It is about a 10-minute walk from the subway station, and reservations are made through CatchTable, with bar seats and rooms available. The space is small, so there is no waiting area.
