Daemulseom

Daemulseom is a restaurant in Seoul that serves aged hoe and seafood dishes. Its aged flounder hoe comes with salt gimbap, and the hoe is eaten wrapped in seaweed and vegetables. The seafood jjapageti is served in a two-person portion, and filefish hoe and filefish liver are also on the menu. The hoe dishes are on the small side.
