Pat.Alo is a bakery cafe in Seoul that sells red bean desserts, including patbingsu and patppang. The menu centers on items that keep whole red beans intact, such as patppang, patjuk and patbingsu. The patjuk is less sweet than usual and has the texture of red beans, as if boiled at home. The red bean desserts overall are not strongly sweet.
